Simple. You choose the units you want to buy, during checkout you provide the recipient cell phone number, and the units will be sent to the recipient phone. Recipient phone is automatically credited, there are no pin numbers or vouchers to be sent. It is automatically updated.
2. How are the units sent ?
The recipient phone is automatically credited, recipient does nothing. This is not a voucher, it is direct units transfer. Recipient receives a text message notification of the sender and amount sent.
3. When will recipient receive units ?
Instantly !!! It takes less than a minute. Every once in a while, network delay may cause delay during transmission but over 90% of the time the recipient receives the units immediately.
4. What if recipient doesn't receive units ?
An email with a order number and order details will be sent to you. In case of a technical glitch, which sometimes happen, please email or call our toll free customer service and we will definitely correct it for you.
5. Is my information secure ?
Yes, we encrypt your information using very high level encryption methods. None of your registration information is shared with anyone.
6. How long is my credit card information stored on your server ?
We don't store your credit card information at all. At the end of a transaction, we only keep the last 4 digits for reference. Even the first 4 digits are discarded after a couple of months.
7. My order didn't go through but my credit card has been charged, how come ?
Your card doesn't get charged for failed orders. Anytime you attempt to make an order, what is known as pre-authorization is made on your account. This is not an actual charge and will drop off by close of day.
8. My card is valid but I keep getting cancelled with a fraud warning message ?
Please call our customer service or email us, and we will take care of this for you. For your safety and protection depending on where you are ordering from, the order will be flagged as potentially fraudulent. This is all done automatically, once we verify your details, you will be able to order.
9. But I have ordered before so why is it canceling now ?
The whole process is automated. Depending on the internet connection you are connecting from, as well as your location and other parameters the system may flag the transaction as potentially fraud. e.g. Some ISP's use proxy servers meanwhile most internet frauds happen on proxy servers, so that could be one. Just call our customer service, or email us with your contact number, and we will verify your account such that it will never happen. We apologize for any inconvenience.
10. I am in Ghana, can I buy units ?
Yes, as long as you have a major credit card or paypal account. However, we will have to verify your account, please send us an email and we will respond on details of verification. Meanwhile, if you are travelling to Ghana and intend on using our service we ask that you please verify your account else your order might not complete.
